I saw a friends glock that he had put a Glock Bayonet on. I saw one
years ago and kick myself for not buying one! No pics....I don't own
a phone......! Anyone else seen one? fwiw

Useless. Same as the baseplate knife that sticks out of the bottom of the grip. Dangerous.

I had one of those:

It works fine for breaking glass, baseplate is solid and the cone doesn’t get damaged.
‘The problem is, I like to slam the mag when reloading, with the palm of my hand,
and this thing leaves serious mark there. I got rid of this gizmo. Still have it somewhere but not using it.

Oh man, the mention of this knife makes me cringe. I really wanted one for a long time, I was like "Oh, it's in D2! That's a super-steel, all right!". I am glad I did not get it, I did not need another big crowbar of a knife. My Ontario SP-1 is fine, thank you very much.

It's just paying for the name. You don't need a special bayonet.

I don't have the bayonet (no need) but I've got a 78 and 81 simply because I like & shoot Glocks (I've got 7 of them) and thought I should own the knives too.

They're nothing special but, like similar knives, they'll make a really deep hole (if the blade doesn't pass all the way thru) in a body if you decide you need to stab someone in the belly with it.

I'd like to see a Glock knife tested on Forge in Fire to see how really "tough" they are. Sharp from the factory they're not but a little time/effort can fix that.

Except for riot crowd control , bayonets mounted on guns are not too useful .

The Glock knives are sturdy enough but not inspiring to use as field knives .

I would LOVE to have a high quality version of this with a longer blade, or even a cruciform spike, to use on my 16" X95 Tavor or CZ Evo Scorpion "pistol". Those short weapons don't leave much between your face and a bad guy when doing an entry. Not that I'd do a lot of entries with them, but still, it would be handy.

Here is another very useful Glock accessory, GT have a thread I believe ( didn't visit it for years)
with such dumb ideas (this is clearly a joke, just to make sure nobody takes it seriously) you can laugh your s off... 😂

I remember that from I believe a parody in American Handgunner in the 80’s

For the obvious reason that it's a production knife, it will never be on FiF.

Go to YouTube and look for the destruction tests. Should be right close to the top.

Spoiler alert: It's really tough.

I like the design. I have a knockoff that is very close in size and shape, and it works well for its intended purpose (soldier's beater knife). It is less of a cutter than conventional designs, but it will do the job nonetheless. The Glock knife seems tough as hell, despite having a tang less than 2" long. I say, if you are intrigued by the design, go for it. It won't cost very much, and it can serve well as a truck knife or BOB knife.

I think a matched pair of glocks wearing these would be the cats meow for obligatory supply runs through a zombie infested city since the blades dont require ammo. Of course id prefer to start with a few 33rd stikmags.
