So I've owned this for a couple years, recently used it to remove the root system of a tree at home, thought I'd share some pictures.
So it's quite adjustable, weighs surprisingly little due to the polymer hollow handle, and feels rather strong in-hand as long as you don't try prying with it too hard. With the short handle it makes tight work easy, the long handle is useful for moving lots of dirt, and the blade is quite big and grabs a lot of dirt for how flat it is. Side bonus is I was able to chop through roots with the side of the blade, which was no worse for wear, which saved my axe and machete from serious blade damage from the rocky dirt. The shovel was a great chopping tool even with the lightweight handle, it felt durable in-hand and the blade weighed enough to provide axe-like weight.
A bonus is the small saw in the handle, which works pretty well for a push-cut saw, and attached to the shovel it made a good tool for cutting through roots too thick for chopping.
I love this thing, it was well worth the money and feels high-quality while still performing just as well as any of the other e-tools available. The handle being polymer doesn't get hot/cold in extreme weather, so digging in the snow is just as comfortable as with a wood handle, without all the friction of the wood. It folds just as small as a normal e-tool while weighing half as much, so it's easier to take it with you when backpacking.
