New Graham Pharmacy posted a notice that they had Spyderco Salsas in stock for $57. Since I have been waiting on these since I found out that they were coming out I ordered two on a Tuesday. New Graham shipped them on Wednesday 2nd day air. On Friday no little brown truck!:confused: I checked UPS' web site and found out that they delivered the knives to the wrong address. When I called UPS I got the run around. Finally, I called New Graham and asked for help. They were great. They faxed UPS set up a trace and a UPS supervisor delivered the knives Monday. New Graham even offered to help get a shipping refund from UPS. These guys have great prices and great customer service. You should check them out......

I have dealt with Mike more than once.
He is always pleasant and service is prompt.
His prices are the best I have encountered.
Besides, he seems like a nice bloke.
 
I would also put in a good word for Mike at New Graham.

Just had the pleasure, again, of doing business with Mike, and not only did he have the best price by about $60, he also knows what great communication is all about.

Mike is great to deal with. I pre-ordered at his stated price on a new item. When I received it, the price charged was lower than what I had agreed to pay. Have one order pending and about to place another. Great prices. Also love the bandaid dispenser with "you are going to need them" printed on that he sends with the knives.
 
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Good service, good prices, good people, yadda, yadda yadda. All true, but the bandaid dispenser is Da Bomb!
