Awesome job on this one. Fits my hand perfect and cuts like a laser. The fit and finish is spot on as well. You sir, make a fine knife.
 
Yeah that would be some good info huh.

Model is the Kestrel in 1/8" CPM-D2, hollow grind with stabilized curly maple for the scales.
 
I'm slow...I didn't really understand the bacon reference until I got to the 5th pic. Awesome! Those look like some tasty scales! Not too greasy I hope.
 
The pictures don't really do it justice. Hard to get good light in my kitchen because all the lighting is behind me. It really does resemble stabilized bacon. It does a fine job at making BLT's as well.
