Pala you are awesome! Thank you Kami Sherpa for the fixin! I am really impressed by this batch of Ram Kumar knives so... EMS "25 inch 38 ounce Ganjawalla.

That's a big one for sure. 25" and even with those three deep fullers, it's still a hefty 38 oz.

I was thinking of going for that big, 22" AK, but I probably have enough big knives for the moment. I might reconsider if it's still available tomorrow.

I have gone thru, and looked at all the threads that the search " Gun Knife " would pull up..... most seem to be straight blades with curved handles....

I really like this version with the curved blade and straight ( ish ) handle.... I prefer it actually to any of the gun knife's I've seen other than the one Bwanna ended up with.... now THAT was a sexy blade....

But even at that, this one has the highest weight to length ratio I've seen.... seems to be a bit of an odd duck, rare bird....I'm pleased to have gotten it!

Bwanna, if you ever feel the need to pass on that one you got.....holler Boss! I'm in love!

will see if I can post a pic!

Bwanna, hope you don't mind me showing off your toys.... I'll edit and remove if it offends you Boss!

but she's so sexy, she's worth another look!

there was a pretty similar Foxy Folly awhile back, had that very heavy curve to the handle.... I gotta find one like that, I love the curves!

found the FF... added pic of it under your gun knife porn!......in fact that FF led me to contact Yangdu directly and shark an unseen before, never offered FF of my own that IMHO is fantastic.....

easily the 2 best looking HI knives I've ever seen...

This is the Foxy Folly she sent me after our discussion... not so curved in the handle, but a fantastic knife none the less!

21 inches, 38oz

No worries mate, we love pictures. She is a beauty and the one today pulled at my heart strings a bit too.
Enjoy.

Got the Ganjawalla today! Man that is a knife! Imagine a 20"AK and add 3 inches with slightly less weight. The fullers really make this knife sing and the Bayar wood is really nice!

EMS 17 inch 26 ounce Dui Chirra by Thamar. Satisal wood handle. Leather sheath. $100 even.

Gonna gift it to a young man at work who has taken a keen interest in my Kuks after some show and tell and at length discussion.....trying to work a combined shipping deal and add it to the VuK from the 8/13 thread for myself as well so I can justify buying 2 rather inexpensive knives.....

I think the Dui Chirra a fantastic example of.... " average size and weight " while being just a little upscale due to the heavy fullers rather than being a straight slab side.....should make a hell of a homestead utility knife and introduction into the hobby....it should be a good way to " get his feet wet "

Got the DD!

Love the look of that "Gun Knife" on the far right! Such an extreme pattern and the blade decoration is beautiful.
