True: https://trademarks.justia.com/878/57/grindworx-87857410.html

But the return policies are slightly different, and there may be other differences.

BladeHQ is a BF member. Grindworx is not, as far as I can see. Therefore, I think you should prefer BladeHQ.
yeah they do things a tad different.....that's true. I figured it would be obvious on shipping costs and the slight differences to pick which if he knew they were owned but the same people. it's also why he's seeing the same knife at both places as they share some inventory.

Blade hq can.kiss my butt....They won't ship anything to NEW. YORK now...Even when they did, they still would ship certain knives!!! Assisted, auto etc!!! Which are perfectly legal to carry when hunting or fishing.........
Good thing I am always hunting n fishing😜......

I’ve used BHQ maybe two three times and never the other one you mentioned. Because of the knives that I buy, DLT, TKC, New Graham Knives, KSF, and Knifeworks normally get my money.

I usually choose a vendor based on price. Are you looking to spend more than you have to when you purchase knives? What else could influence your purchasing decision?

And when Blade HQ got hacked and lost some of my data, they sent me a new CAR! Don't know why Loveofsteel didn't get one also.?? Maybe he wasn't really using BladeHQ, and just wants in on the FREE CAR everyone else got. Curious.

Inventory, ethics, customer service, return policy, shipping speed, reliability. All sorts of different factors can influence who I buy from. Price is important, but I'd prefer not to end up with a counterfeit or a knife that another customer returned because I was dealing with a questionable company or one that wasn't knowledgeable about the products they stock. Not saying those complaints apply to BladeHQ, specifically, but while price may be the most important factor in choosing a dealer, it's certainly not the only one.

Honestly one of, if not my favorite dealer. BladeHQ is fine too, only time I’ve received a crappy “new” knife was with Amazon. I recommend avoiding Amazon like the Plague….at least for knives. They get the defective ones, and the returns that get sent back from the REAL dealers like BHQ, KC, DLT, etc…at least that’s my theory.

If DLT has it my business goes to them. I don’t get charged sales tax from DLT but do from BHQ. Plus DLT just seems to ship faster. I’ve had stuff not ship for days (5 days is the longest) from BHQ and I’ve had the wrong model knife sent to me twice by them.
