I love griptilians and they introduced me to benchmade and for my palm size they are perfect.

i love the new g10 scales in grey with blue accents and wonder if anyone knows about aftermarket carbon fibre mod for Griptilian or do you think benchmade will make it in future?

i am willing to pay over $200 for it if such a thing exists.

This is one version, Ritter Gripped and with factory CF scales from a limited model a couple of years ago.

Hold on a little more buddy! I think benchmade is releasing the Ritter Grip in Carbon fiber scales next year :D

That's a good looking grip you got there! What did you do w the m4 blade?

The M4 blade was kept by the guy I traded for this knife. I wanted the Ritter blade so that's how this went. No regrets.

NOTE: The Ritter hybrid on the mosaic is not mine.

Nice. I should have been more clear; the mosaic cf Ritter is mine. So I know for a fact that yours is a sweet knife! And that you have good taste!

I never did use the m4 blade for much until I recently upgraded the scales:

I got these of KSF for like 70 bucks. Thay are black canvases micarta. That's also an option for op to consider. Not cf, but a high quality option.

One thing I like about them is that they seem to be a little more highly contoured than the original benchmade scales. I can get to the thumbstuds more easily. Those fancy thumbstuds are not as "catchy"as the normal ones. The extra space helps.

I don't like knives w frn handles anymore. OP, you may agree. I'd say I'm more of a handle material snob than a steel snob. A good g10, micarta or carbon fiber scales is so much better in the hand.

I've wondered about the KSF scales for some time. First time I've seen someone with them. They look pretty good.
