LOL! :D It's definitely not fancy there, when we came in I looked around, and asked the waitress if they had had a late night, thinking they hadn't set the tables yet! Fortunately she didn't understand what I was referring to! :D
hahaha, not fancy is right.;) but the food must be molto eccellente :thumbsup::D

Good Sunday morning Guardians!
Thanks for all the previous comments. I hope to get back around to reply to them this afternoon.

More walking sticks and Ebony Lambfoot.
The sticks are Diamond willow (3) and Bamboo (1). My Grandad used to love carving and whittling on them. He worked on the one with the leather handle and I finished it many years ago, after he passed. The others were acquired more recently and worked on by me and my 2 sons. Also have a lamp he made out of a chunk of it.

Came across this patch of Grapes while searching the Loess hills for my SIL's lost dog.

I had my A Wright HHBarlow with me the whole time.

We found her sweet little dog, Stella (our own dogs sister), a 12 lb. wire haired Jack Russell terrier, on the third day of searching! Minus most of her beautiful hair, but otherwise seems OK. It was quite an emotional endeavor that turned out rather well, all things considered.

Wow! Those are really beautiful Mark, fantastic photos, just incredible :)

View attachment 1180802 My rendition of peach cobbler the rosewood lambsfoot was instrumental in skinning the peaches

That looks great Al, I'm going to have to give a cobbler a try :) I bet it tastes even better than it looks too :)

Here's a trailer for a movie I highly recommend.

:) The smooth white bone doesn't have to be camel, cow is fine. Although camel bone is really nice, dense stuff,,,

That movie looks very good Rachel, thanks for the recommendation  I was thinking of going to see this one...

If I can get Wright's to do one in bone, it'll almost certainly be camel bone. They have suggested using Pere David stag, sanded down and polished, but nice though I'm sure that would look, I don't think it's the same

Very cool pic my friend

I was going to make pasta for lunch, but I'm on my own today, and I have a lot of crumble needs eating - It's a hard job, but someone has to do it! ;) So I just had coffee and a sandwich. Big 'Un did the work ;)
