Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Now I just use the calendar on my MacBook, and I'm quite happy with it.
I need my pretty pictures on the kitchen door.

I don't think it's just the Yorkshire chauvinism talking when I say this is particularly good tea.

Thanks for sharing your brother's memory of the biking event, Pat.:)
And thanks for the "lamb on manhole cover" photo!:thumbsup:🤓
I really like the patina that many manhole covers take on, so if I'm going out to take photos of knives with manhole covers or sewer grates or access hatches to water or gas valves, I try to remember to take a big old worn-out paint brush I can use to clean off dirt and leaves.

Those rosewood HHBs are fantastic, David!:cool::thumbsup:

Did you and Tool Man know each other back in school, Jack?? o_O:eek:

Sounds like you've got everything under control, Jer! ;)
I used to always use something called a DayTimer calendar "system", where the spiral-bound calendars were a set of 12, one for each month with a page for each day, that I carried in a "distressed leather" cover; had to change the calendar booklet every month. It was a nice system, but became very expensive, and I eventually switched to Month At-A-Glance for my last few years of visiting student teachers in all different schools. Now I just use the calendar on my MacBook, and I'm quite happy with it.

Notable pair, Tyson! :thumbsup::cool::cool:

Breathtaking, Steve!😲

Thanks, Mitch and Jack. :)

Great pictures Jer !

Looks like spring has sprung 👍

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone has had a good week :) I have a busy, and boozy weekend ahead, as my drinking pal Bod is over from Poland. He may have his missus in tow, but she drinks as much as he does, probably more  Twenty years ago, Bod and 3 other pals decided they were going to be ska DJs, bought some equipment, and started holding a night in a pub. It went well, so they started hiring a larger venue every month. Now, they're having a reunion, which is tomorrow night. Bod is arriving late afternoon, and I'll have time to have a few pints with him, before going to see the Spinal Tap sequel with Matt (the reviews are unimpressive, but it's short!). Have a good Friday everyone

Always love seeing this Great Knife!
Afternoon Guardians! Trust y'all are having a good day. The rodeo is tonight but I probably won't go cause of the heat. I haven't been handling the heat very well lately. Back to lolligaggin. Happy trails 🤠

Oh boy Jack hit the nail on the head with these Hartsheads - one of the special knives in my stables.
Bob I was thinking of your cute tiny frogs. Then I remembered this movie. Beware the Frog Apocalypse my friend. Just a heads up.

Man...... Just look at that Knife! What a fantastic knife with lovely Jigging!
Good morning, everyone! Saturday espresso 🐑View attachment 2974998
Speaking of hitting the nail on the head- so too Charlie struck it well here, this Lambsfoot Jigging with this release is outstanding- yet...... I am not brave enough yet to say that it exceeds Charlies first release of his Lambsfoot, I sit them next to each other and they possess such strengths and aesthetic values I honestly cannot say which is better - and I think that is a good thing- one particular knife doesn't have to be better than the other, and if one can't decide, then that creator did one heck of a good job.

I hope your internet settles down. N ice pic of your Rosecraft 👍
Thanks a lot Steve 👍
Thanks Dave. Oh yes, right to the lazy boy.
👍
Beautiful Steve 👍
That's quite a "memory gap" between you and your sister regarding your childhoods, Jack! o_O
Indeed Gary, to say we shared the same household, and she's only 18 months younger than me, we had a very different upbringing 🙄
I'm surprised that using fake aromas to entice customers in supermarkets is even legal! What's next, hostesses accompanying each male shopper and using her charms to entice him to fill his cart?? 🤓
LOL! 😁 Yeah, they've been using the fake aromas for years here! 🙄
Did you and Tool Man know each other back in school, Jack?? o_O:eek:
No, that would have been funny! 😄 When I first got to know Tool Man, he asked if I'd ever had any nicknames. I told him my old nickname from school, and he's used it ever since. As I no longer see anyone I went to school with, he's about the only one who uses it 😄

LOL! Great pic Jer 😎 I know what you mean, I don't use my calendars much for practical purposes anymore, but I like having them on the kitchen wall 👍
Nice way to end your day Jack.
Thanks buddy, it was a very good impression! 😁👍
Very nice indeed Mitch 🙂👍

Thanks mate, it was an excellent night 🙂 A dozen of us met up in the pub, and after a couple of pints, walked to the venue (everyone said it was 2 minutes walk away, but it was more like a couple of miles!). Then we had a great night of boozing, dancing, and catching up with old friends 🙂 I'm worn out today! 😁👍
That's awesome feedback about a knife gift Jack! 🤩
I was really touched Duncan 🙂👍

Afternoon all
Looking good Mitch 😋👍

Good day all, Sunday, a day of rest.

Mitch, this is part of our back yard.
The Georgia red clay is like cement. I had to use a pick axe to go down 4 feet for the trees. The walk is 25 feet and 4 inches deep! Flower beds are the same. Then, the older woman next door asked if I can help her.😵‍💫

And more plants are on the way!

Enjoy your spring Mitch.

Looking great Bob!
Really like the path, take it easy on your back though.
You painting the fence or natural? I'd go natural.
Thanks for sharing.
