After a sidebar with @Amir Fleschwund dug my old '65 Fender Mustang out of the closet and snapped a few pics with my GEC 83. Both have earned patina. Bought from a close friend who can play most any style from rock to classic (even teaches) for $200 years ago with a Fender case. Most of the mint green finish was gone so the rest got removed, the wood stained / clear coated, and got a new nut. Owned a cheap guitar in my youth but never able to play much more than the scale and a few chords. Did a search and didn't find a thread like this, surprising. If you play or are simply a wannabe like me with a wall hanger to make noise with, let's see em!

What do you call people who like to hang out with musicians? Drummers! LOL

That is awesome.
I have a 73 Mustang that I love.

Through my my 68 Vibrochamp it sounds wonderful.

I can get behind a thread like this!
A couple of recycled pics for now...
My Forge de Laguiole on my classical guitar (a La Patrie, made by Godin here in Canada) with my cello in the background.

Nice Mustang, John...great pics! I remember posting in a similar thread a year or so ago. Doesn't hurt to have another one though. This Case on Tele pic was in it. Been at it since ~ 1963.
