Guts

Picked up a book called Guts, by Gary Paulsen. It is a Scholastic book, appears to be condensed from Paulsens original book. Reading the back cover, this appears to be a collection of experiences from his perspective, which inspired some fiction. Anyone familiar with this? It looked interesting from a WSS standpoint.

It was ok, very short, but it shows Paulson really knows his stuff.
I would get the main books for my kids long before that one, Hatchet and Brians winter are very good, there's several more as well. I think it's called "Brians return" where he goes back to the area he was lost for summer vacation after he finds it hard to readjust to the city, and it describes him getting his kit ready, very cool book.
