Got it today. EXCELLENT work. Everything is just right. This is the first time I've obtained a new tomahawk and the handle feels like it's harmonious with the head (19").

The forging is good, the balance is superb. Plenty of heft and agility and it is FAST in the hand.

This has limited utility as a bushcrafting tool, but it is pure combat weapon. Elegant and eeeevil at the same time, yet built like a tank.

Yeah I think H&B will be in good hands with Jarrod. He's still a young man but he has real talent. If he's this good now, he will be awesome in another 20 years.

Thats awsome Wolf been looking forward to seeing that one is wicked the only word that can describe that . I must have one but were is the weeping heart ? Just kidding doesnt need it

I drew a second version with the heart and it just looked better without it. I like simplicity.

Man I think it's perfect the way it is think if I ever have one made I'd put a curved spike on the back.

The concept with this spike is it's short, stout, and un-edged. It's more for bashing than piercing. Sure it would pierce if it hit hard/fast enough, but the main spontoon blade is plenty pokey enough.

OK I've spent the last six days bashing and piercing and slashing all kinds of stuff with it. It is certainly rugged enough to get me through WW3.

IMO this is the most vicious edged weapon I own.

Wolf,
After using it some- do you find it hard to extract the blade after full penetration? I have had issue with coils on knives being snagged by hide and difficult to withdraw.

Thanks,
Bill

Yes. When it sticks, it STICKS, and it penetrates much deeper than a normal tomahawk.
