Selling a matching pair of Haeburn Gyuto and Paring knives. they are AEB-L steel. It has the exact same steel and handle but is 8 1/4" OAL and has a 4" blade. These are beautiful, very light and tremendous slicers. They have been barely used. The Gyuto has a small faint smudge of patina that I tried to show in the close up pic and can probably be buffed out. the paring knife looks brand new. These knives are amazing. I'm only selling for financial reasons. Asking $235 net to me for the Gyuto and $79 net to me for the paring. Will sell both together for $300 net to me shipped and insured.
