Originally I thought ebony would be the option so it matched our last GEC forum knife, but now I'm slowly coming around to the option of bone.

I prefer wood (the bocote on the upcoming 83 looks amazing), but my second choice would be sawcut bone. I'm just not a fan of jigged bone.

Smooth Ivory Bone would be my first choice too, I think it would look great on that pattern, and age beautifully Much as I love ebony, we had ebony on our last GEC knife. Lignum Vitae would look good
