A shorter version of my chef knives and works very well in the kitchen
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in a digitally controlled furnace to assure a fine grain structure and good edge holding
Flat to slight convex grind with some forging texture on the flats
The spine has been rounded for folks who like to choke up on the handle with the index finger on the spind
Professionally stabilized flame box elder handle. There are some worm holes (that's what creates the flame) that have been filled
Overall length: 10 3/4 inches
Blade: 6 inches long and 1 7/8 inches deep at the index finger. This will keep knuckles off the cutting board.
SOLD delivered within the US. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com
