Thanks for the salute. I'm working it. July 3rd was busy. Stupid drunk people can't play nice.

Anyway, someone have a hotdog for me as I will be working the 2nd watch (1800-0600).
 
Might go to a barbeque after, but it's gonna be so hot today I'll probably relax in the shade on the patio and barbeque up a few steaks.

Though I be Canuckistani, I had the fourth off from work! Woohoo! Grilled me a nice portabello mushroom sandwich.
 
So the fourth was busy. You have all the busy bodies calling in about the fireworks (verboten in my city), then you have the drunks that fight, then you have the drunks that drive, then you have the drunks who pee in the streets and then get mad when you ask them why they feel the need to do that.

In short, a typical fourth.

But I watched our small city fireworks show that was great, had lots of nice folks offer cool drinks and my ladies all enjoyed the fireworks, even when Daddy was working.
