Hawkbill Urban

I have been interested in getting a Hawkbill knife for a while now. The only thing holding me back now, is legality issues being in the UK. I am wondering if modifying the Orange Urbans Wharnecliffe into a hawkbill type edge is feasible? Especially with wanting the edge to still be inside the handle. What do you guys think?
