I am selling one of 2 rolling mills in my shop. I would not be without one. This is an extremely hi torque rolling mill that will take your ladder patterns, mosaics and Turkish twist Damascus to new levels of quality. Precision thickness bars and flats are obtained that hydraulic presses and power hammers struggle to obtain. Most of the scale is popped off when rolling your billets through the rollers which eliminates a lot of excess grinding away of your Damascus.

I won't be moving this large rolling mill to my new shop. Not enough room. It is running in the shop right now but you will need your own VFD or phase converter for the 3hp 3phase motor that powers this machine. It weighs about what a 100 pound little giant trip hammer weighs and I can load it onto your trailer with my forklift. It has a spare lower roller.

There is a guy in Washinton state who makes a small hydraulic rolling mill pushing $12,000 or you can buy this one in my shop for $1900.

You can PM me on Bladeforums or call my cell. 479-970-2677

Is that a Cincinatti or K&T horizontal knee mill that's been converted into a rolling mill? Crazy!
