Has anyone tried this knife?
How is it?
I'm searching a knife for EDC. I am also considering the Microtech Vector.

If you can hold a Vector you may not want it. I have one but it is awfully small in the hand. I'd say I have medium to large hands and the Vector's size makes it harder to open. Also, it's uncomfortable in pocket, the sharp edges of the thumbramp and tang cut into the back of your hand if you try to put it in your pocket along with the knife. It looks like a bear to sharpen correctly too. Awesome looking knife though.

that's what I was afraid about the Vector, it's size. It does indeed look small.
Anyone handled a HK34?

i have one and they are a decent size and super solid. great knife and made with quality...

I got one recently (HK34FTCB)
Not a user but fwiw I had no complaints. Quality/finish is high.
I have med to large hands, size is fine.

Here is the one I have. Its a solid knife with a great blade. The axis lock is butter smooth as expected. Quality overall is very good.

On the downside, in my opinion anyway, is that the knife is a bit thick for everyday carry in the pocket. Of course a thick knife can fill the hand nicely, which is exactly what this knife does, but in the pocket it is more noticeable as you bend and move around. The hard rubber scales exacerbate this issue as they give the knife a high friction coefficent thus inhibiting it from the small aligning free movement within the pocket.
