Hi All,

Any ideas on cleaning an older delica/ endura? The two I have are pinned, so I can't disassemble them.

I was thing of spraying them down with breakfree and scrubbing with a toothbrush...

Thanks,

-Coop

That should work. Neither the stainless nor the FRN is terribly sensitive to solvents. I've used Gun Scrubber and brake cleaner on mine with good results. Just blow them out with air (canned or compressor) and put a drop of oil on the pivots afterward and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the replies.

I will give it a go and see what happens.

Can you disassemble the pinned versions, or is that asking for trouble?

I suppose you could drill out the pins and replace them with your own D-bolts and screws, but that's still asking for trouble.
