I am interested in modifying a couple of last year model Spydercos by making the new "dent" in the lock release. On another thread somewhere I read someone mention they had done it using a DREMEL tool. I have the DREMEL but would like to know details about what attachment is needed ie. grinding tip, sander? Also what procedure was used to acomplish the task? I would like to perform this mod. to my knives but really dont want to risk messing one up just for the sake of experimenting.
Does anyone have experience and advice about this?

MURTAUGH: Are you really crazy? Or are you as good as you say you are?
RIGGS: You're gonna have to trust me.

Use the sanding wheel and tape off the rest of the knife in case you slip. Try putting the dremel in a vise so you can have both hands on the knife. Wear some eye protection.
