I am looking for help identifying a cleaver. It was found in the Valley Forge area of Pennsylvania. It appears to be either iron or rusted steel. There is no makers mark that I can find. It has a tang that tapers from flat to a rod, multiple rings carved into the wood handle, and a metal ring holding the wood to the tang.
