another tool im not sure of
and a missing slot on the body smilar to where the tweezers go?

its about 3" long and 1" wide

Anyone tell me how old it is and the model? Thanks!

No, but I can tell you the tool you're not sure of is a fish scaler/hook disgorger. It looks like a Wenger version of the Champion from the 70's or 80's to me, but I'm not up to speed on Wengers.

Looks like a Wenger Monarch, with one difference: nail file instead of a small knife blade.

Catalogs show Wenger selling Monarchs in 1970 (note the shackle and the old-style can opener and scissors)

and still selling them in 1990. It was the top of their 85mm line. The can opener shows that your knife was built after 1974. Not a collector's item today but a useful tool.

Dealers still sell Wenger toothpicks, run a Google search.

Wenger Oberst had a corkscrew and a small clip point knife blade.

But over the years, Wenger produced variations of many knives — like this Oberst with a nail file.

rjohnboyle may have an undocumented Monarch variation.
