Help identifying this Swedish hatchet

I made a spur the moment decision to buy a used hatchet. The seller said it was an Hults Bruk, but there’s no makers mark visible as far as I know. USPS is taking their time delivering it.

The axe in the images below appears to be identical to the one I purchased. (This is not the actual hatchet but seems to be the same one.)

Any thoughts on whether this is actually a HB? I have my doubts that HB wouldn’t mark their hatchets.

I have a Hults ax I use for splitting and limb work. It has that ' Made in Sweden' stamp. And the same style stamp on the other side with, HB / wt.. Mine is a good ax with sound temper. DM

Hmm I thought I had already posted in this thread. Well, maybe this will help.

Being a swede that has held dozens of old HB axes in my hands over the years i would say that if your axe looks like the one in the pics it´s a Hults bruk. The color of the head, handle and permabond, the way that the handle looks... It´s aHB for sure. Maybe 1970s-1980s?

It looks a bit like this one of mine. Before the handle broke, it had a permabond like glue type sealer in the top of the eye and the handle may have been birch. Also, you can see a logo and a label remnant, so maybe they went to labels only at one point.
I like mine though I need to fix small rolled part of the edge.
