Homemaker kitchen knife

I need the scoop on this knife, I been looking for a Graton Edge knife. Actully looking at the Wulstof brand that you see on the cooking shows.
How good is this MDS stainless steel ?
How flexible is the blade ?
Can the Sharpmaker sharpen this knife ? does the Graton edge change anything about sharpening ?
Has anybody used it yet? How does it feel in your hand ?? Is it a Chopper or a slicer ??? OR both ??
