How can I get benchmade replacement parts directly from benchmade?

Maybe start by looking at their website???

Specifically - "We are happy to send out replacement clips and screws; please be sure to provide us with an address to ship to and the model number of your knife (found under the logo on the front side of the blade). If you are unsure, you can send us an email via contact us by selecting “Warranty & Parts or LifeSharp” from the drop down menu. If any other parts are needed, we recommend our Product Service Department to service Benchmade knives for liability and warranty reasons. If you are having an issue with your knife purchased from Benchmade or from an authorized Benchmade dealer, please send it to us together with the required warranty service form at the address below, and we will check for warranty issues and replace any parts that are broken or not functioning. Attn: BKC, Inc. Attn: Repair, 300 Beavercreek Rd. Oregon City, OR 97045."

Actually no - benchmade does not reply emails, at least in my case. I know someone will suggest to call. I don't want to call only for some clips or screws.

They have for me. Usually takes a day or two. It's nice, because it's an actual human responding to the email. I haven't had better interactions with customer service from any company.

Short answer, you can't. Benchmade refuses to provide customers with parts (unless you're outside the US). You can buy pocket clips, but for any other part you would have to send the knife in and wait. 👎

They will do screws and clips. Other than that, yes, send it in. But I can't really blame them. They need to protect their product. They even pay for shipping back to you, so it's not like they are doing it to screw anybody over.

The one thing I wish they would send are omega springs. But I get that they don't want the average Joe trying to reassemble the knife.

I was refused stand off screws after my M4/red G10 Bugout went through the wash and came out short a few. I wanted to buy them, but was turned down. I was instructed to send the knife in and it would be assessed, but living in Canada with our Border Guards always looking to confiscate, I did not think it a good idea. Luckily, I found replacements on Amazon.

It was pretty painless when I did it for the first time last week. Lifesharp page has option to create an account, filled out a form and under 5 min, voila!

FYI- their website states they’re willing to send exterior hardware but they’ll refuse interior components such as omega springs or even the female pivot bushing. I stripped some t6 s on the handle so those were easily ordered for free along with a new clip

Just wanted to say that I emailed them last week about wanting some parts. It couldn't of been easier.I got a response a few days later that the parts are on their way to Canada. The only thing is that they won't send standoffs for my 940 that it would need to be sent in for warranty service, which I totally understand.

An update I got the parts requested in my mailbox last week. Two Thumbs up

My only complain those Griptilian pocket clips are only lightly engraved instead of being embossed. If they didn't come from BM I'd swear they were knockoffs.

BMK CS has always responded to my email requests, though it usually takes a couple days for a rep to personally get back. Knowing that they won't send internal parts, I've always gotten what I requested--screws, clips, and thumb studs--and don't recall ever being charged for the parts or shipping. Only once have I sent a knife in for repair--a Crooked River with a broken wood scale--and they fixed that free of charge as well.

I do make a point to suck up a bit in my messages, detailing how much I like their products, that a have a couple dozen, and have bought/owned/gifted another dozen or so.

Also the pop up chat on their website is very quick during business hours
