I liked it just fine until I saw it was a frame lock…no thanks…

Provided that we are comparing well-done examples of each with good ergonomics for what they are, I actually prefer a liner lock to a frame lock. I don't enjoy having my hand all up on a moving part like that if I can help it. Frame locks can also look "unfinished" to me, like exposed machinery with a missing cover. This effect is much worse when a dissimilar scale material is used for the presentation side.

However, the Seer is one of the best frame locks I've handled. The lock-side aesthetics are better than average. It also feels better than average. I've handled a lot of titanium frame locks with crisp edges and pointy little corners. The Seer doesn't have that problem. The obvious attention to detail here was a win.
