As your collection grows and will no longer fit in your pockets, how do you store them? Do you display them? Do you use carriers, cabinets, or some creative solutions. Show us what you've come up with. I have a variety of of cabinets I'm adapting. This one is for the optimist!

Mostly in jacket pockets, backpack, SUV, various toolboxes, cabinets and drawers so there's generally one within reach. (Or two. You can never have too many knives.)

Cheap plastic drawers. I buy reading glasses by the dozen and use the eyeglass pouches to protect the knives instead of the 2$ glasses.

Smaller 3" EDC knives on top, mid sized knives like 3.5" blades in middle and big ones in bottom drawers.

Made a few leather tool rolls for all my folders, watches and multitools.
Used to keep all my folders on a hanging leather belt before that but not all my EDC items have pocket clips.

Years ago when I was at Lockheed, the mechanics had their own tools. Most of them had their tools all organized in a big roll-away tool box. But I knew one fella that just had a big chest with no drawers. He dumped all his tools into that chest. When he wanted a particular tool, he would dig down through it. I fall into that category.

I have a little glass window knickknack cabinet scored at a thrift store that some of my Bucks go in, one of those plastic drawer hardware organizers that the rest of my folders go in, and my belt knives are just dumped in a drawer.

I have tried a lot of things over the years and am not sure if I'll ever find the ideal solution for me.
The next thing I'm thinking of trying is a large lure / tackle organizer.
The flambeau boxes with their blue " Z Rust " rust fighting dividers might be a good solution.
