Yeah, I agree that the lanyard hole has a hangman's noose variant on it. Usually they only have one running line, but it wouldn't be hard to work in a double loop. For the sheathe, the bottom knot looks like a standard figure-eight, though it is really hard to tell from a picture this size. If they went fancy, it would be a Turk's Head. You could always look in your local big book store, if there are any left alive, for a copy of All Wrapped Up In Paracord, or Paracord Fusion Ties. There are probably better books out there, but I use those because they were cheap and had big pictures. Between them and the Morrow Guide to Knots, I have all my Boy Scout needs covered.
