How does one go about aquiring a 'Night Sky' or 'Lunal Lander'?
Is it all going to be second hand market? or are there dealers still selling these

short answer, yes, you'll need to find on the secondary.

Lisa, who makes the UG Night Sky's on the the edge or retirement. if i am recalling correctly, about a year ago she made a slough that wound up at dealers and were gone in seconds. outside of that, i don't think CRK is accepting any new orders for Night Sky's. I heard once Lisa was caught up on her 2+ year backlog that's when she was going to officially retire. Will they make them again, who knows. They were available in Regular, 21 and 31 models. secondary on the Night Sky's will start at least $1k and will go quick!

the Lunar Landing was a CGG, and i believe they've retired that one. They made them in the 21 and 31 versions. Secondary starts about $650.

Good luck on your endeavor! Both are even more magnificent in person.

Shortest answer, be patient and willing to spend a lot.

Or get a time machine and go back to when they were accepting orders.

I got my order in not long before they shut them down. And no, it's never for sale.

Secondary only. You’ll have to look for a while and get lucky if either model is priced reasonably. The lunars start at $1,000 and I haven’t seen a Night Sky under $1250 in a small or a large. If it’s a 21 or a Regular, prepare yourself for spending way more than that. I finally got a small 21 night sky after looking for about 3 years. I picked up 3 lunar landings (2 of them are 31 models and the other is a 21) in the same amount of time for reasonable prices before they went up significantly. Good luck. Many many many CRK collectors are always looking for these models, specifically the night sky.

Unobtanium without spending $1k+. Always remember, they’re just pretty knives. MSRP + tax is about $900 for a large, FWIW.
