How to Polish deer antler

Have various antlers I collected - recommend a good backyard level beginner tutorial on making a handle with nice finish.

Some old dried out sun bleached antler as well, good for anything??

Once on the knife handle I sand to 320 grit on the grinder and then buff.

After the buffing I use a couple of coats of car wax (Mother's Carnuba wax). This process keeps em working for years:
