How to send a private message

Welcome!

Click someone's username and then select Send Message.
This will only work for folks with a minimum of a Basic Membership.
Also, except for that one spot, the PMs on this site are called Conversations.

If you click someone's name, there should be a Send Message link in the box that comes up (assuming they have a paid membership). Can also click the envelope icon next to your username at the top of the screen, and then click Start a New Conversation.

As a Registered User, you cannot send private messages, you can only post to other member's profile page. Upgrading to a paid membership includes private messaging with other paid members.

Wanted help and now I just don't know.

A Basic membership is $10/year. You can still get help with almost all things knife-related without a paid membership (notably, not with valuations; for that you need to be a Gold member or higher), just not via PM.

What kind of help do you need?
