Curtain & Clark Cutlery Co. - Cansas City
Can't see the picture.C is for Cheap. Paid $20 for this. I know nothing about it, no markings, nothing. But is a good little work knife.
Come on Cowboy! My Cowboy model is the same as theBuckaroo I posted yesterday except in AEB-L stainless instead of damasCus. This is an inside "Cowboying" joke. In western stoCkamanship there are two Schools of thought/style/tradition/whatever. The Cowboy with its roots in TX, AZ, OK etC and where ever that influenCe spread and the Vaquero/BuCkaroo with its baCkground in CA/NV/OR/MT etc. Its said that Charlie Russell never painted a Cowboy. One of the differenCes is that Cowboy gear tends to be plainer more workman like. BuCkaroo gear tends to be more ornate and silver inlaid etC. These two Camps are getting Closer and Closer all the time with lots of Crossover. But enough of the history lesson Cowboys:
Cowboys:
Some Crossover here on my friend Bear. Bridle and reins pretty Californio, everything else pretty Cowboy.
Great photos!Chickadee
