Great. Let's work something out so it isn't. I found this thread when I was looking to see if there were any Howard Clark swords on the market. Typically I've dealt with folks through SBG, didn't know this forum even existed until yesterday.

Anyway, my only request before moving forward would be photos of the documentation you said you had to verify the lineage of the blade. Assuming this is agreeable and all is good I'd like to move forward with doing a deal.

These are the original receipts for both the sword and fittings from Howard Clark to the original buyer in 2008. I purchased from Arizona Custom Knives who was consigning sword from the buyers estate. To any Howard Clark fans, you will be hard pressed to find a deal like this again.
