Hi,
does somebody know the phone number to https://terzuola.net/ ? Ordered some multitool and bottle opener, I wasn't home and the package was sent back to shop. I had got email from Suz that the package is in transfer to shop. Since then I have not got any information.

I had to dispute a credit card transaction with them. first time that's ever happened to me on hundreds of online transactions over decades. they took my money and never sent my item. even my credit card couldn't access a phone number for them.

only contact was that contact us form which I used a few times and never heard anything back. Mr. Terzuola is a legend and great knife designer. love his work, but whoever is running his website business needs to step it up on sending orders out and making contacting them easier.
