I bought from custom shop but I am confused, help!

Hi. I bought a knife from Becnhmade custom shop (20cv bugout with ranger green frn scales and black hardware), for the first time. Payed with credit card, and got order number. But few moments after I got another mail to click to finish my order, when I click it takes me to my order which appear finished? Day after also got mail to finish my order, and when click on it it takes me to my finished order. So I am confused. What to do? Or it will be sent, how long it takes to send custom Bugout usually? Do I have to do anything else here? I got confirmation email first time, with order number, but why did they sent me those 2 mails after? I tried to contact them, but still no reply. Any help?

Did you call them?
 
I had the same thing happen when ordering some Terava knives from Finland. Turns out the problem was my Discover card. Never got a message saying they don’t accept Discover or any other message. Just…nothing happened. After some trial and error, used another card and it went through and received an email confirmation with an order number. Are you using a Discover or Amex card by any chance?

Edit: Ok, read your post more closely and sounds like you actually got a confirmation email with an order number, at least for one order. I would just call them to make sure the order is actually in their system
 
We are not going to be able to help you with your financial transaction. You have to call or email Benchmade customer service...and deal with your credit card company as well if it comes to that. They may not reply to an email right away...but a call should get you somewhere.
 
You dint unterstand. I payed with my Mastercard, payent went OK. No isues there. Why am I receiving mails to finish my order when it is finished. It deducted money from my account, so payment went OK. I am just asking did anybody else had bought from their custom shop, and after completeng order got any simiilar mails, thats all. Other question was, how long usualy takes for them to send a knife from custom shop. I never ask anythiung about payments. Cant call them, I am from Europe.
 
Best wait and see if they send a shipping confirmation. If you can't call and email is your only recourse......
I'd imagine if the transaction was fine its just some glitch sending you emails..... I've had that with.other companies, Not Benchmade just.other companies here in the US...... Probably use the same programming....

Only issue is I'm in NYC and they are west coast and my hours are all over the place..Best case ill try at lunch time here which will be 9:00 there🤔

Here's an update on the situation. So, I ordered a Bugout from the Benchmade custom shop on July 2nd, and the payment went through successfully; the money was deducted from my bank account. Five days later, after inquiring about the status, I received a notification stating that they don't know and will check.

The issue may be that your billing address is listed as Bosnia, and we generally only accept payments from the US. i have sent an email to my supervisor to review your order. I will reach out to you when I have more information.

Never saw anywhere that they dont allow outside of USA payments? (my shipping adress is in USA) Why is there Bosnia ind drop down menu in countries list on billing adress?

Today (9 days after I made the payment), I received an email saying they still don't know what's going on.

The payment is currently held on our end, and we are doing our best to see what is doing it. I'll reach back out when I get a response.

I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. My experience with purchasing my first Benchmade knife has been completely ruined, and I will never even consider buying another Benchmade knife in the future. I own over 20 Spyderco knives and many others, and I have never had a similar negative experience.

EDIT: order canceled, got refund isued.
