I have a SAK Climber in good condition. But the snap on closing the bottle opener/large flat blade has gotten so bad, I almost have to press it down. I have cleaned is with warm soapy water, oiled, cleaned, etc. It actually feels like it is getting worse. All other blades work great. The bottle opener snaps nicely on open and at 90 degrees. It is simply closing it there is about nothing there. Any tips/tricks I am missing???

You might try flushing it with Brake Cleaner (Starting fluid also works well) OUTDOORS (that stuff is highly flammable, you don't want to use it indoors, or around any ignition sources). Between the solvent and the pressure, it might clean out whatever is gumming up the works. Clean the awl as well, it rides on the other side of the same spring and can cause problems with the screwdriver blades.
