Can anyone identify how old this knife is, or does anyone know anything about the maker? I got it in a box of kitchen tools form my great uncle and I’m curious how old it is. The only legible writing on it is GREENFIELD CUTLERY COMPANY, it has an ivory handle with what I believe to be pewter.
