I was reading todays edition of the Cincinnati Post and was in the Living section when I saw the name of a book "The Joy of Cooking". I knew that Ethan Becker was one of the writers so I began reading the article. In the article they talk about some new prototype kitchen knives that Ethan is working on in conjunction with "The Joy of Cooking". I thought that was pretty cool. I don't often find knife content in the paper.
