I Wish ESEE would....

I wish ESEE would…

Make an Izula with a little thinner stock, or a wider/higher blade profile like the BK11/BK14 in aeb-l, nitro-v, or magnacut.

Make a Candiru in magnacut, full flat grind, and with a hair longer handle, and make it broomstick instead of curved.

Make the Lazer Strike in aeb-l without a choil.

Or---
esee can go in the opposite direction and make a handle heavy battle smatchet with a finger ring in case you wanna twirl it aboot.
Would not be 100% surprised if that sells well either..

I second this. I have an ESEE 3 that is perfectly fine with 1095. I want to see the patina. Has anyone removed the coating? What would do it easily?
Recently did the Junglas ll.
Took the coating off my 6, years ago.
Knives are better in almost every way. Slices better, and goes through wood with noticeably less resistance.
Used Klean Strip.

I used Klean-Strip, but it took a few applications. But the stripper was about a year old, and I don't know if it gets weaker with age. I did the "forced patina" thing with a paper towel soaked with vinegar. The patina has evened out some since I took this picture, and it looks more uniform, now.
