Hey, trying to post from imgur from an android. It isn't working either copy pasting the "share" link, pasting it in the photo link bit, with the little image pictorial, nor does using https://imgur.com/gallery/pNahj0B[\img]

Could someone help? Thank you.

Make sure you are using the "insert Image" tool and not the "Media" tool. The "Insert Image" Tool is on the tool bar between the link tool and the smiley tool.
 
Can someone tell me if my pics are showing up?
There are no words on my phone for the options, so I can't see which one is supposed to be "insert image", what's the pictorial?

They show up for a minute but not when I reload the page. I'm using the tool shaped like a picture in front of a film reel, got by clicking the three dots to the right of insert media.
 
All I see is on the second link which has a Buck, Victorinox, and another folder stuck in a log. Nothing with first link.

Huh, I can see none of them. Weird.

That is the picture though. Which post is it visible in? Thanks
 
The trick with imgur to get them to display inline (automatically) You can to get the URL that ends in .jpeg.
if you are on mobile, just click 1 more time from the post to get to the image. When when you click "share" the url ends with .jpeg.
On a computer web browser rt-click in the image and open image in new window to get the URL with .jpeg from the browser bar.
When inserting into BF, click on the PICTURE icon which says "Insert Image" if you hover over it. Then, in the "insert image" popup window, at the top you can click on the tab "By URL" Link icon.
Yo have to do that for each image

Click <NEW POST>
Follow the directions to upload.
Once a picture has been uploated, go to the top right and mouse over the bubble with the first letter of your user name. That gives you a drop down.
Select "Posts"
That will show all your images. Click the image you want to post, then to the right at the top, copy "GRAB A LINK" address.
Then go to your post and click the "insert Image" tool on the tool bar. (It is located between the LINK tool and the SMILEY tool.)
Paste the picture address into the resulting popup, then click "Insert".

If you use another hosting site:
Once you have uploaded a picture to the hosting site, copy the web address of the picture. Note: picture web addresses must end in .jpg or .gif

Then go to your post and click the image tool on the toolbar next to the smiley tool. Click the link icon in the popup. (Looks like a chain.) Paste the picture address into the window. Then click the INSERT button.

Imgur recently modified their site appearance. They keep pushing the site further and further toward being a social media site instead of a picture hosting site. So I recently updated my suggested process for using Imgur.

View the image that you want to appear in your post.

Hover over the image and click the three horizontal dots.

Under "BBCode (Forums)" click "CopyLink".

I’m having problems posting images from Imgur currently. I did some googling and other forums have had similar problems that have gone away eventually but who knows.

Problem with mobile (app) is that I can’t find the straight url with extension (.jpg). So far I have managed to post from app by choosing ”copy post link” and use the image symbol here in BF but it’s not working anymore. Gives error ”image cannot be loaded from the passed link”.

When you get to the post you want and see the picture you want just click on the picture again 1 more time and the full screen pic goes partial size and has a black border and an X in the upper left

Then you can click on the little share arrow there to get the URL with the .jpg extension

When using the image symbol on BF, be sure you are pasting into the second tab with the chain link/infinity symbol
