Hey guy's

I was wondering what the import laws are in Canada. I wan't to buy a SOG SEAL 2k online (7" blade) will it come through?
 
You should have no problem at all. There are no blade length restictions and no laws that I know of that restrict the import of this kind of fixed blade knife.
 
I'm not familiar with this knife. If it is a fixed blade, doesn't have "brass knuckles" and isn't a "pushblade" ie, if it's an ordinary fixed blade, there should be no problem at all: except taxes!
 
Yes, subject to some limitations. There are proscriptions against caryying "weapons" concealed or for unlawful purposes, [and some purposes which should be lawful ] but no restriction on fixed blades per se. I posted about this extensively over the last couple of years and you should be able to find them by searching "criminal code".
