In Development... [UPDATE: They're here!]

Because we're still working on getting all of preorders out (we're working on second run orders at this point) we can't spare any manpower on making HDPE sheaths for them as the demand volume would just throw up another massive line, so they're delayed until we wrap up outstanding orders. Depending on how things go with working capital on hand, we may be able to have the folks at Imacasa make us a run of reinforced nylon fabric sheaths, but we need to iron out one or two design elements before greenlighting it. :)

Freakin' AWESOME!!!!!
Thanks for doing these FortyTwoBlades FortyTwoBlades .

Yeah, plain nylon with no reinforcement won't cut it, these things are razor sharp, they'd eat a nylon sheath, burp, and ask for seconds. I hope by reinforcement you mean some kind of insert. I do recognize your problem- you've made a great item with exceptional sharpness so affordable that a proper (and properly safe) sheath may well cost more than the original sword. :D

Yes, they'd have panel inserts. :) If we end up producing HDPE sheaths in house, they'll have a certain cost to them due to labor, but the cost of the materials will be pretty economical.
