During my recent search for an all purpose hunting, camping and daily carry knife with a 3" blade, I bought a Wegner Jr. I can't say enough good things about this knife! I appreciate the solid feel the stainless steel spacer provides in conjunction with the G-10 scales. The lock-up is crisp and secure. The blade shape and thickness are exactly what I was looking for. I rarely make public displays of praise for a product, but I couldn't resist in this case. A big thank you to Tim Wegner for the design and Spyderco for the manufacturing.

The Wegner, full size and jr, are one of my favorites. They both really perform. It is a shame that the jr has been discontinued. Definately one of the best in its class.
