I'll start off with the new prescription birth controll glasses I got yesterday.

Birth controll glasses because you have no chance with any woman who sees you wearing them. That being said, when working with metal i want the best protection for my eyes, thus the big aviator frame glasses with side and top shields are a must. I'd rather look bad when smithing than lose my sight.
 
Oh I don't know. Looks like yur bringin back sexy to me :D :thumbup:
 
After Basic and Tech school I got a ton from my sweetie. Even with the BCG's. Who cares how you look, as long as you are protecting your ability to see. To me you look :cool:

I have to wear a full face shield or I can't wear my respirator at the same time... my honker is too big!!

...that alone might be construed as a form of natural birth control, no?
 
I were saftey glasses in the smitty and when in my shop grinding and etc I have modified a set of optivision magnifying lenses by adding a face sheild to them. The lences and the face shield pivot on the same adjustable pivots so I can run either or both.

By the way they now have safety glasses with small bifocals in the bottom for us more "experienced" guys

Probably would have in germany, early 40's

Sterotype jews had big honkers, just look at any old wartime nazi propraganda cartoons, a big honkr would definately count as birth control if it causes a trip to the local gas chamber before you manage to chat up a pretty blonde babe :jerkit:


I use a pair of standard saftey glasss that came with the paslode gas nailer. with my prescripts under them, call me sixeyes :D
 
The turtleneck and beard gives you a real '70's look. I think you're SERIOUSLY underestimating how you'll do with the ladies in that get up. Get out there and get some! :D
 
I know of an old time blacksmith that calls all the metal chunks in his eyes stupids. "That there is a stupid." "That there is a really big stupid." I think you have the right idea.
