Where can I buy a set (CF/black spacer) since your site is down? Could you throw in a set of black screws too?
 
Really cool that you made the jump and started this all up.

Your work is incredibly clean and well thought out, and I wish you the best of luck.

It will be interesting to see what other knives you start making parts for in the future.....

Thank you! it means a lot that the hard work is not going unnoticed. Not sure if you saw the other intro (in the Pimping/Embellishment Thread) but I do lots of work in this industry, and my wife is who actually got me into wanting to own a knife of my own. The ZT-0450 is quite beautiful, with classic, timeless design cues, and is the perfect size for an EDC.

It wasn't heavy to begin with, but with The CF its in a whole new level of lightweight. Its probably inevitable that ZT will get into the CF game with the 450, so like they say, you have to strike when the irons still hot.

Acadian is correct. I love the looks of a lot of these new ZT models, but as quickly as they exceed five ounces...I'm outta the game.
My EDC needs are too casual to go heavier. You're doing some great work. Glad that EyeDog posted your link...

Chris, your work looks phenomenal! Looks like I may need to get 3 450's so I can have CF, CF inlay, and TI [emoji6].
If you offer the inlay service will you have guys send in their knife for the work, or will it be more of an exchange program? Maybe you don't plan on offering that service and I'm getting ahead of myself.
At any rate, keep up the damn good work and keep us updated!
 
When are you planning to do inlays/scales for other knives?

Will it be one-off work, or is there a plan to continue to add to your list of knives you make scales/inlays/etc for?

Most likely it will be a send in program or we may purchase a knife and customize it. Still working out the logistics, pricing, and timeline. As stated earlier, we are a production shop across a few industries, so most of my work on these projects would be limited to our down time or weekends... I don't mind! its one of the few things I do that aren't repetitive or monotonous. When in production, I'm basically a trained monkey, keeping my ear open for issues that arise, and figuring out what to do... Nyfestyle allows us to express our creative side, so its definitely something we pursue with passion.

We plan to work on other knives on both the complete handle/scale side, as well as doing inlay services in various materials... I've been trying to sell my wife on a mother of pearl or abalone inlay, but she's a purist... SHE WONT LET ME TOUCH HER KNIFE!!!
