I cannot find an iphone 6 case that has a pocket that can accommodate a pocket knife. I wear a suit to work and can't use my clip, so I'm stuck with just letting it loosely sit in the same pocket as my iphone. It gets kind of annoying.

I've searched a lot online, but I can only find phones that can hold credit cards. Does anyone know if anyone makes a case with pocket that I can stick my knife?

Look for the wallet casses. They should have pockets for credit cards and cash, you can slide a small knife in one.

An example of two knives I have that would fit good in there is a Victorinox Excelsior, and AG Russel 3in titanium midlock.

Don't forget Victorinox's SwissCard credit card knives.

Beijing Opera Mask version is "Currently out of stock" on Chinese Amazon. The current production models are Classic (gen.3) and Lite.

You can find a pink Breast Cancer Awareness SwissCard substantially discounted if you shop around.

If you go with the swisscard just know your knife laws concerning fixed blades. I know where live a concealed fixed blade is an automatic felony, which is why I've never opened one.

Check out Hitch & Timber or Colonel Littleton. Neither offer exactly what you are asking for but you may be able to find something that would work; even possibly commission one of them to custom make something for you.

Although I generally don't use it this way, I have a NiteIze horizontal holster for my LG V20 that has an elastic divider that fits a knife up to the size of my Spyderco Military perfectly without scratching the phone.

I'll mention another option, although with the light material of suit pants I don't know how it would work... Often, I use a squarish, small wallet (Secrid wallet). The size and shape helps hold a knife vertically next to it in my back pocket without a clip (often a Buck 110 LT or 112 will reside there).

You can also get a pocket slip or pocket organizer like from "hitch & timber." Also, you could get a nylon holster/belt pouch that has a note pad pocket, use it inside out, and it might serve to separate and keep your seperate pocket items from jingling it clanging around in your pocket.
