Is the 556 mini grip handle the exact same as the 555 mini's?

Bought a spare blade for a 555 and don't have one yet.Been looking but can't find a good deal on one. Was wondering if anybody knew if the 556 mini and 555 had the same exact handle and if i could possibly buy a 556 and put a 555 blade on it and have it fit well & function as if the blade and handle weren't from two different knives?
