Is the buck 119 special different than the 119?

I saw a 119 special and the few buck fixed blades I saw were only 119. What if any is the difference? Forgive my ignorance of Buck knives.

As stated above, it's a model number/name. But the 119 Special is available in aluminum guard/pommel and phenolic grip or brass guard/pommel and wood grip...Plus there are Custom Specials with premium steel blades and exotic grip materials...and the very-older Specials were made with premium steel blades...It gets complicated...
