Is the Lionsteel CollectorKnives Bolus disassembly PICs? Is it pinned?

I wonder if the Lionsteel CollectorKnives Bolus is pinned or not. The Lionsteel CollectorKnives Roundhead had a pinned construction with a TORX pivot screw underneath it's scales. Does anyone know if the same goes for the Bolus?
